Meet Diesel and Octavia
Two adorable inside dogs who are fully house trained and come with their own tenant references from doggy specialists (pet sitters and groomer) that testify to their calm nature and good behavior. Both dogs are most comfortable inside with their human pack leaders, and put in a full days work as our assistants as we both work from home. They love going on their daily walk, are registered, desexed, vaccinated and bathed regularly.
We know that some people would prefer their tenants not to have dogs. But we feel it’s important to note that we are responsible for our pets, and to alleviate your concerns, we are happy to perform reasonable steps like paying a pet bond, having the carpets steam cleaned annually, plus we have cleaners come in every fortnight. Our dogs have several pet beds around the house, and a favorite leather armchair which is kept in Mark’s office.
Neither dog has ever damaged any item of furniture, clothing, carpet or floors. They would never think of chewing on our shoes, and they don’t even scratch up the leather furniture. We’re incredibly proud of how well behaved they are!

Diesel (11)
This old boy wants nothing more than to sleep all day if possible. But he looks forward to his walk and will follow Dad if he leaves the room. If Dad has to go into work in the Central City, he will go and sleep under Mom’s desk, or simply sleep in his crate where he feels at home.
Octavia (7)
Our resident sunbather, she happily lays in the sun until getting too hot, then will find a patch of hardwood floor to cool down on. She never passes on a car ride, and hates getting wet in the rain. She looks out for her older brother and is such a good girl.
